One of my few favorite place to eat in Minot. The service was amazing and the waiters were polite. Their food was great and the prices are worth it.

Their Thai pizza and Thai chicken salad are delightful. The Mules are good too. Always great service. Casual but nice enough for a fun date. One of my local favorites!

I went to The Starving Rooster yesterday for the first time after hearing that they have the best pizza in Minot.
THEY. DID. NOT. LIE.
The pizza is ✨AMAZING!!!✨Amazing. Did I say amazing? Because I mean AMAZZZZING. I ordered 6 different pizzas and each one was delicious I have lived in major metropolitan areas and eaten my fair share of pizza and out of all the places I’ve been this is definitely one of, if not my new favorite and by far the best place for pizza in Minot. I had a piece in my car, and when I got home I had a piece at room temperature and today I took the advice from what I’m assuming was the owner.. (She even took the time to tell me how to reheat it since I live out of town). Although, it was even great cold! The crust was crusty on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Lots of toppings and huge chunks of sausage and slightly crisp veggies and look at that cheese pull!! The staff seemed very friendly and attentive to their customers that were dining in. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and chic looking.
I can’t wait to go back and try their other dishes. They definitely have a new loyal customer.
Update: I’ve been back a couple other times and tried the other pizza… still amazing! 🌟 (added a couple new photos)

Loved this fresh food, craft beer, friendly restaurant. They even welcomed our retired Service Dog to join us. Kerrington, our waitress, was on task and very kind and friendly welcoming us to her part of ND. The spicy sausage/roasted red pepper flat bread and Thai chicken salad were very good. Traveling full-time in a RV, we have sampled many local places and we highly recommend The Starving Rooster in Minot, ND.

We first visited The Starving Rooster last year for a dine-in going away party, and we’ve continued going back for dinner since. Every visit has been a great experience.
I always order the pizza, even though it changes each time, and it never disappoints. The portions are amazing, and the food always tastes fresh. You can tell care goes into what they serve.
The restaurant is clean, relaxed, and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Service has always been decent and consistent. Prices feel fair, and ordering is just like any normal sit-down restaurant, which makes everything easy.
They do have a bar, though we haven’t tried it yet since we usually bring our daughter. Overall, The Starving Rooster is a solid local spot and one we’d definitely recommend.

Driving back to Canada 🇨🇦 I stopped at this restaurant yesterday seeking a nice pasta. The spaghetti and meatballs were nice, a bit salty for my taste, but that is just my pallet as I normally do not use salt. I also ordered the chili as I love a hearty chili, and it had a rustic spicy flavor. The balsamic dressing on the salad was tangy. The meal was a plethora of flavors, and I will definitely be back again.

Loved it here! The food was absolutely amazing! Hubby got The Hercules pizza and I got the Prime Rib Stroganoff, they were both so good and full of flavor! (They also have fries just have to ask)
I also had a Crown Apple Old Fashioned and it was probably the best one I've had in awhile.
We did have to wait a little bit to get a table (6pm on a friday), but it was beautiful outside so we didn't mind at all.

Great food and atmosphere. I loved that they had several gluten-free options available. It is located in a cool location downtown. Hours are open longer than most other restaurants in the area. Definitely will be back if I am in town.

This place has a stylish loft vibe, with an industrial touch. The food is great, not too pricey, and the atmosphere is super relaxed. The service was friendly and helpful. I’m definitely planning to return. It was a spontaneous choice for dinner, and I’m so glad we went—we weren’t sure what to expect.

It gets packed on the weekends.
The wait could take long, but it’s worth it.
Love their thin crust pizza the best!
Good selection of drinks too!
